Cancellation & Policy

If you need to cancel, we understand and we provide a 50% refund if the cancellation is made before 30 days (check-in date). After 30 days there won’t be a refund.
If the cancellation is eligible for refund, bank account details & Email id is required for processing. Minimum time period for refund is 15 days.
For Booking / Reservation / Cancellation you need to contact the reservation department between 9 am to 6 pm. Booking dates cannot be changed after booking.
